Deactivating a Campaign stops it from sending, but it still counts toward your 20-Campaign limit. Archiving a Campaign removes it from your list and frees up a slot.
Deactivate a Campaign
Go to the Marketing section in the top menu.
Find the Campaign you want to turn off, and use the toggle to deactivate it.
Archive a Campaign
Go to the Marketing section in the top menu.
Click the pencil icon on the Campaign you want to archive.
Click the Archive button.
