  • New bike followups -
    Triggers: Category > New Bicycle Category
    Timeframe: 30 days after purchase
    Example Message:
    "Hey {first name}! Congrats on your new bike. Just as a reminder, things can settle over the first few rides. Let us know if you'd like to bring it back in for a quick adjustment. The Team at {shop name}

  • Service Follow ups -
    Triggers: SKU > Tune Up Labor Skus
    Timeframe: 14 days after purchase
    Example Message:
    "Hey {first name}! You recently had your bike service with {shop name} and we wanted to check and see if things are still rolling well. Let us know if you need anything!"

  • New Bike Annual Tune Ups -
    Triggers: Category > New Bicycle Category
    Timeframe: 365 days after purchase
    Example Message:
    "Hey {first name}! Happy anniversary on your bike! Just as a reminder we recommend servicing annually to keep things rolling well. Let us know if you'd like to schedule a tune up. The Team at {shop name}"

  • Labor Annual Tune Ups -
    Triggers: SKU > Tune Up Labor Skus
    Timeframe: 365 days after purchase
    Example Message:
    "Hey {first name}! It's been another year since your last tune up! Just as a reminder we recommend servicing annually to keep things rolling well. Let us know if you'd like to schedule a tune up. The Team at {shop name}"

  • Tubeless Sealant Reminder -
    Triggers: SKU > Sealant Service sku and/or Category > MTB and Gravel
    Timeframe: (dependent on your environment)
    Example Message:

    "Hey {first name}! Just as a heads up, the sealant in your tubeless set up can dry over time and requires replacement. Let us know if you'd like to bring it back in for a top off. The Team at {shop name}"

  • E-Bike Updates -
    Triggers: Category > Bikes > E-bikes and/or SKU e-bike software update
    Timeframe: 180 - 220 Days after purchase
    Example Message:

    "Hey {first name}! Just as a reminder, your e-bike is basically a fancy computer and needs software updates. It seems like its been a bit since yours has been, so let us know if you'd like to bring it in for a quick check. The Team at {shop name}"

  • Suspension Service -

    Triggers Category > Bikes > MTB and/or SKU > Suspension Labor
    Timeframe - 180-220 days after purchase
    Example Message:
    "Hey {first name}! It's been awhile since you've had your suspension serviced. Manufactures recommend servicing based on hours of riding, so if you've been riding a lot you're probably due. Let us know if you'd like schedule your bike in for service. The team at {shop name}"
