We typically see login issues related to blocked cookies in the browser extension.
In Firefox this is typically the the shield in the left corner of the URL bar and the Enhanced Tracking Protection.
In Chrome this is often an eye symbol next to the URL bar.
Disabling these should allow the cookie to set allow you to login. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please let us know and we will send you a password reset email.
