How to manage inboxes

Inbox Types

There are 2 inbox types, default and custom. The default ones are All Conversations and Web Leads. Custom inboxes are created by you and your team.

Rename Inboxes

  1. Click on the inbox you wish to rename and find the ... .

  2. Rename the inbox and click Save.

Remove/Delete Inboxes

  1. Click on the inbox you wish to delete and find the ... .

  2. Click the delete button and confirm to remove the inbox.

Move a Message Thread to a Different Inbox

  1. Click on the filtering option button.

  2. Select the checkboxes next to the threads you want to move to another inbox.

  3. Click on Assign to Inbox and select the inbox you want to move the messages to.
