Whether you want to select all, close multiple threads, or mark messages as read or unread, bulk actions make it quick and easy to manage your conversations in just a few clicks.
Select a few or all messages
Open Inboxes.
Click on the filtering option button.
Click on Select all conversation button, or use the checkboxes to pick specific conversations.
Close multiple message threads
Follow the steps from the previous section.
Choose the messages you wish to close.
Click on Close conversation button.
Mark messages as read or unread
Follow the steps from the Select a few or all messages section.
Choose the messages you wish to mark as unread/read.
Click on the Mark Unread/Read button.
