You can download the Ikeono app on the <a href="https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/ikeono-messaging-reviews/id1477765027" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">App Store</a> and <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ikeono.ikeono&amp;pli=1" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Google Play Store</a> on mobile, or access it on <a href="https://app.ikeono.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">app.ikeono.com</a>. 

For Lightspeed R-Series shops, work order, NPS, and review automations still send, because they run through the Lightspeed connection, not the browser extension.
