An Ikeono invoice was paid, but isn’t showing as a deposit on the customer’s account

Step 1: Verify deposit configuration

Verify deposits are configured and enabled.

These aren’t enabled by default as some decisions need to be made, beforehand. You can enable them here.

Step 2: Recognize payment

Manually recognize the payments in Lightspeed.

💪 Payments were successfully captured

Invoices from the Ikeono iPad app and portal can't be added as deposits due to missing information, but payments were successfully captured.
