To get started with connecting Ikeono to Ascend RMS, follow these simple steps:
#1 Send us your CSV file
We will first need to import your contacts.
Note: There isn't a way to export conversation history from Ascend, therefore we won't be able to import.
Refer to this article for CSV export instructions and where to send it.
#2 Set up FTP access
Once we have your data, we will need FTP access to Ascend RMS.
The follwing parameters need to be set in Ascend RMS. Once this is set up, we will have an automatic nightly sync.
Time: 11:30pm Daily
Host URL: sftp://ftp.ikeono.com
Protocol: SFTP
Port: 22
Username: [your username]
Password: [your password]
Report Parameters: As CSV
#3 Automatic nightly sync
After FTP is configured, Ikeono will automatically pull your sales and contact data from Ascend every night at 11:30 PM.
Once connected, you’ll be able to use Ikeono’s NPS and review features.
