Export your contacts in a CSV file
Email the CSV file to [email protected] with the subject line: [Your Business Name Contact Import].
Once we have your initial contact list, we can also enable our Ascend RMS integration, which sends your daily sales data to Ikeono through a nightly FTP transfer.
This keeps your Ikeono Contacts automatically synced with your Ascend customer profiles and powers our automated NPS and Google review requests.
