Make sure you have your Google Business Profile connected to Ikeono.
Click on your name (top right) > Account settings.
Click on Reviews under Features.
Configure Review settings.
Message: Customize your message. Use smart fields (dynamic placeholders that automatically pull in customer-specific details) to personalize each message.
Review link: The link sent to customers so they can leave you a review.
Minimum Sale Amount: The smallest purchase amount needed for a customer to get a review request.
Minimum Delay: The amount of time to wait after a transaction before sending a review request (giving it a little time can lead to better feedback).
Opt-out Period: Number of days before a customer can receive another review request.

Transaction Type: The type of transaction that triggers a review request, either after a sale or a workorder.
Click Save.
Note: You can technically link to any review platform (Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook, or Trustpilot)but we recommend using Google.
It’s the most widely used, shows up directly in search results, and has the biggest impact on your business’s visibility and local SEO. A strong Google presence makes it easier for new customers to find and trust you.
Just keep in mind, it’s your responsibility to make sure you’re following the rules of whichever platform you choose to link to.
