How to setup quote follow-up automation

In this article we will looks at configuring quote follow-up automation for Lightspeed R-Series

  1. Click on your name (top right) > Account settings.
    ​

  2. Scroll down on the lefthand side menu and click on Quote Follow-up under Lightspeed R-Series.

  3. Configure Quote follow-up messaging.

    The following merge fields are available in this module to customize the messaging to the customer:
    ​
    First Name - Autofills the customer's first name

    Last Name - Autofills the customer's last name

    Shop Name - Autofills the business name

    Payment Link - Will automatically generate an Ikeono Payments link of the quote total (Ikeono Payments must first be enabled for this feature to work)

    Quote ID - Autofills the Lightspeed quote ID

    Total - Autofills the Lightspeed quote totalOnce your messaging is complete, don't forget to save it!

  4. Enable automation on individual quotes in Lightspeed under Customers > Quotes > Specific Quote ID.

In addition to being able to set up automated follow-ups for specific quotes, you will also now have full texting within each quote for manual follow-ups as well.
