Connecting Ikeono to Hubtiger enhances your service and rental workflow. You gain powerful features such as:

  • 2-way texting with your customers

  • View and reply to customer messages without leaving Hubtiger

  • Automate communication based on job card status

If you are using Google Chrome, navigate to the browser extension settings.

Click on Download Chrome Extension and install the extension.

Click on I'm using Firefox v9999 and install the extension.

⚙️ Key setup information

  • Installing the extension is the first required step for all Ikeono users, regardless of plan.

  • It enables 2-way texting through your business phone number.

  • You can view and respond to messages without leaving Hubtiger.

  • For Ikeono customers on the Core plan, Hubtiger's automated messages will still send using a separate phone number (not your business phone number).

  • 2-way texting and the embedded Ikeono experience are still available but your customers may receive messages from two numbers.

Once installed, you will find access to Ikeono in 3 different places:

#1 Click on Ikeono on the left-hand side to access to the whole Ikeono ecosystem

#2 Open a job card and click on Ikeono Chat.

#3 Open a rental card and click on Ikeono Chat.

Configure Hubtiger automation (Standard & Premium only)

  1. Click here to connect Hubtiger to Ikeono.

  2. Click Connect.

  3. Login to your Ikeono account.

  4. Select your location.

✨ Automated messages with Ikeono (Standard & Premium Plans)

  • If you're on the Standard or Premium plan, all automated messages now flow through Ikeono, not Hubtiger.

  • This means all text conversations will use your business phone number.

  • Your customers experience seamless, consistent communication, no confusion from multiple numbers.

  • With automations flowing through Ikeono, you get unlimited text messaging, so there's no need to worry about message credits or running out.
