Click on your name (top right) &gt; Account settings &gt; Integrations.

Pair Ikeono with Lightspeed R-Series by clicking on Lightspeed R-Series.

Click Connect Lightspeed R-Series.

Login to your Lightspeed R-Series account. 

Click on Authorize Application to authorize the connection.

Connect Ikeono locations to Lightspeed locations.

1. Log in to your Ikeono account.
2. Click on your name (top right) &gt; Account settings &gt; Integrations.
 
 
3. Pair Ikeono with Lightspeed R-Series by clicking on Lightspeed R-Series.
 
 
4. Click Connect Lightspeed R-Series.
 
 
5. Login to your Lightspeed R-Series account. 
 
 
6. Click on Authorize Application to authorize the connection.

7. Connect Ikeono locations to Lightspeed locations.
 
 
8. Click Save.
9. 10. Enable new message notifications.

With everything connected, navigate to your Lightspeed and ensure the Ikeono functionality is present by clicking the Show Messages button on your side rail.
