Please follow the following steps to set up Ikeono on a new computer for Lightspeed R-Series.
Step 1: Navigate to www.ikeono.com and click login in the top right corner.
Step 2: Log into Ikeono with your credentials. If you do not remember your password, please use the Forgot Password to request a new password.
Step 3: Once you have logged into Ikeono, navigate to the 3x3 squares in the top right corner where you will see the Browser Extension option.
Step 4: Install the Ikeono Browser extension for either Chrome and/or Firefox. The Ikeono portal will detect which browser you are in and automatically show the correct extension.
Step 5: Once the browser extension is installed, navigate to Lightspeed and ensure the functionality is showing up.
If Lightspeed was already open in another tab, please close the tab and reopen Lightspeed.
