The special order message is a text you send a customer about their Lightspeed R-Series special order. It sends as soon as you click the button Ikeono adds to the special order in Lightspeed.
Click on your name (top right) > Account settings.
Click on Special Order Message under Lightspeed R-Series.
Customize your message. Use smart fields (dynamic placeholders that automatically pull in customer-specific details) to personalize each message.
To send it, open the special order in Lightspeed and click the Ikeono button. Ikeono adds this button through the browser extension, and the message sends right away.
