For Lightspeed R-Series, there are two ways to email a payment link instead of texting it:
From a Work Order
Use the Create Invoice option at the top of the screen, and make sure to leave the Send SMS option unchecked.
This will generate a payment link without sending a text, which you can copy and send through channels like email.
💡Pro tip: You can also use the Lightspeed Email Quote button — it includes a field where you can paste the payment link.
From the Ikeono Payments section
Click on Payments in your Ikeono account.
Click on New Payment Request in the top right corner to generate an invoice link.
Once created, you can copy the link and send it through any channel you prefer, including email.
