These merge fields work in every feature: {first name}, {last name}, {shop}, {hours}, and {review}.
Each feature also has its own extra fields. Work order automation has the most, because it pulls data from Lightspeed. Each feature shows which fields it supports when you write the message.
Quote follow-up automation supports: First Name, Last Name, Shop Name, Payment Link, Quote ID, and Total.
