Create new team members

  1. Click on your name (top right) > Account settings.

  2. Click on Users.

  3. View and manage user permissions, or click on Create User to add a new team member.

  4. To create a new user add their Email, First and Last Name, and create a password. Manage location access and permissions.

You can manage the following user permissions:

  • Can send messages

  • Can view settings

  • Can view Reviews and NPS

  • Can edit NPS score

  • Can reply to Reviews

  • Can manage users
