Click on your name (top right) > Account settings.
Click on Users.
View and manage user permissions, or click on Create User to add a new team member.
To create a new user add their Email, First and Last Name, and create a password. Manage location access and permissions.
You can manage the following user permissions:
Can send messages
Can view settings
Can view Reviews and NPS
Can edit NPS score
Can reply to Reviews
Can manage users
