Getting Ikeono set up on a new computer only takes a minute, just follow the steps below to make sure you don’t miss any incoming messages.
Install Browser Extension
Use the links below to install the extension on your browser of choice:
👉 Install Ikeono’s extension on Chrome for Lightspeed R-Series.
👉 Install Ikeono’s extension on Firefox for Lightspeed R-Series.
Enable Notifications
Click on your name (top right) > Notification preferences.
Click on Enable Push Notification.
Click Done.
🗒️ Note: While you are able to disable/enable notification sounds, at the moment you cannot change the sound itself.
