Click on Payments in the top menu.
Find the transaction you want to refund.
Click the link to view the transaction in Stripe.
From Stripe, follow the steps to complete it.
⚠️ Important: Refunds processed in Stripe will not sync back to your POS.
You must also complete the refund manually in your POS to keep records accurate.
