When you sign up for Ikeono, you get 30 days free to explore everything we offer, no credit card required. Here’s what’s included and how it works:
Access to all Premium features for 30 days.
Unlimited text messaging using your business phone number, or a dedicated local texting number if your number can't be hosted.
Webchat, text payments powered by Stripe, and Google review automation.
Hands-on time with the platform so you can test it in a real-world retail environment
Note: The free trial applies to one location only. Once you’ve seen the value, we’re happy to add additional locations to your subscription when you sign up.
Why a trial matters (and why most don’t offer one)
Unlike many in the industry, we offer a free trial even though it requires upfront setup on our end. When you sign up, we:
Register your phone number with The Campaign Registry (TCR)
Set up your number for 2-way texting
Configure your Ikeono workspace so you're ready to start texting
Setup usually takes about 3 business days, and can take 4–5 during busy periods like the holidays. We'll let you know once your number is live.

A few things to keep in mind
You can explore the platform while your number is being set up. We have helpful resources in our help desk and a blog filled with tips to get you started!
When your trial ends: After 30 days, your account locks and you'll be prompted to choose a plan to keep texting. If you don't subscribe within about a week, your number is released and its TCR registration is deleted. Signing up after that means going through number hosting and TCR registration again.
