Convert to Workorder lets you start a Lightspeed R-Series workorder directly from a text conversation.
You can quickly create a workorder, take notes, set a status, and log key dates.
When you identify a workorder opportunity during the conversation, click on Workorder next Payment.
Add Lightspeed Status, Date In, Due Date, and Internal or Receipt Notes.
Click Save.
Once it's started, you can finish and manage the workorder as usual in your Lightspeed account.
